Build rundown:

Hey guys, I'm a Celeste main who has been playing since the games initial release in beta and I'm here to share what I think to be the best build that you can buy right off the start after farming gold. Of course the items mentioned are not going to be as strong as the reds you can get later but I believe this to be very high DPS build capable of carrying teams with the right positioning and spacing of enemies.
Keep in mind that the main source of damage from Celeste is her passive %Shatter so I chose @Trigger Fingers and @Longclaw Optics to give you range to counteract the massive damage bonus provided by @Black Rose and attack speed from @Trigger Fingers to play around %Shatter. @Thunderbolt will proc on your passive so it's a solid choice since you will basically be double bursting the enemies, all you have to do is play around the fact the not many people fear Celeste players due to the lack of skill in a majority of them; if you can utilize your kit properly to surprise the enemy then you'll come out on top with damage they won't see coming. @Rocket High-Tops should be very obvious, there are quite a lot of very unfair new characters in terms of movement or just the sheer range of their abilities (COUGH COUGH WUUKONG), this 25% increase in dash speed is invaluable to her as Celeste relies heavily on her dash in order to outplay enemies, hence @Amplified Haste, @Swiftness, @Be Kind, Rewind, @Celerity, and @Hyperhaste being necessary additions to your build to give you that slight edge over your opponent and counteract other characters' movement abilities.

Playstyle:

So how do you go about playing Celeste in SUPERVIVE? Celeste is a controller character so while you can dish out quite a large amount of damage, your main focus is to take control of the battlefield, zone enemies from points of interest in which you wish to control, protect your team mates, disengage bad fights, push safely into good ones, and play smart.
I personally start %Cryo Spear at the beginning of nearly every single game as it allows you to stagger camps (staggering also resets the RMB you used to stagger the enemy.) This allows for quick camp clears early to get the edge on enemies that might be around you at the beginning of the game.
So... %Skate Is going to be the first ability you begin maxing at the start until it's level 3, you NEED it as low cooldown as you can in case things go south or things go great and you need to chase down the last enemy in a squad, no matter what situation it is always important to have it. (Tips below)

there's a few tricks with this ability that I often times use such as skating through the speed rings over the abyss, as it seems to multiply your speed during skate and is a great mechanic in some scenarios. You can %Skate before ulting to slide into the enemy team from a distance, dividing them up for occasional free kills. You can %Frozen Barricade while using %Skate, however you cannot start skating until you %Frozen Barricade is detached from you. your heat will go down on your glider during %Skate. Your %Ice Darts deal 2x damage while mid %Skate. You can also use %Skate to reposition a short distance to avoid being hit by an ability with a significantly reduced cooldown.
When fighting a team it's best to shoot enemies from the edge of your %Ice Darts range to start, the reason for this is because your darts slow down and stack in one spot, in some cases you'll stack damn near your entire passive on them in an instant with this little trick and then you get to %Skate in on them and finish them off, it catches a lot of people off guard since your %Ice Darts don't really hurt until your passive goes off. Against enemies with very powerful semi automatic damage like saros or shrike you should be using your %Frozen Barricade almost all the time against them to protect yourself while you fight (just btw you can press Q again to stop the wall in a narrow spot where you completely block off an enemy or a whole team from crossing until they break it.)

Now what about your %Chilling Finale? This ability is usually one of three things. One, a zoning tool to protect, divide or create space for yourself or your team. Two, an engage tool in order to stun and catch people out or kill the whole team (more rare against better players.) And Three, an oh shit button to dodge a lethal ability like kingpin, brawl, or Jin. Those are generally what you aim to use it for, all situations can prove beneficial even if you aren't actively hitting some 10 man stun clip when the ring gets small.
