More abilities = More reverberation = More dashes

Proccing Crysta's %Reverberation marks counts as dealing damage with an ability, which triggers @Chrono Gauge and @Ultimate Diadem cooldown refunds.
With two-star @Ardent Songbow you should be able to chain a full combo immediately into another if you land %Flux Snare, %Magireactive Burst, and all 3 %Reverberation procs (remember to use %Double Dash to reset your LMB %Maybelle & Boo cooldown).
With two-star @Ultimate Diadem your full combo will reduce your ultimate's cooldown by 30% (plus @Chrono Gauge refund), and double that at three-star (note that this works against mobs as well).

Skip @Farsight/@Oracle Immunity if a teammate already has one. @Dash Engine is nice QoL but rarely needed (can also replace with @Amplified Mana). Replace @Armor Shredder last, consider other utility perks like @Prisma Collector, @Contract Killer, @Oracle Immunity, @Ever-Oracle, etc.

If you do not have 2-star @Ultimate Diadem, then @Isochron's Timestaff, @Sunweaver, or @Last Bite are all good options.

Exotics: @Hyperhaste > @Brilliance > @Resilience > @Celerity > @Devastation / @Infinity
Souls: @Corrosion > @Combustion > All Others (depends on teamcomp utility)
Exotic Relics should replace @Ardent Songbow
